《海上无线电通信》课程是海事管理专业学生必修的一门专业课，同时也是经修订的STCW公约要求海洋船舶驾驶人员达到海上无线电通信功能标准所必须掌握的知识内容。本课程根据海上无线电通信的客观需要，能使海事管理专业学生建立清楚的GMDSS概念；初步了解GMDSS的有关通信规则和海上遇险、紧急、安全、常规通信的工作程序；初步获得正确使用、管理GMDSS船用通信设备和有效快捷地实现海上各项通信的知识技能。 The course Radio Communication at Sea is a professional course for the students who major in maritime management major, which contains the knowledge that marine navigators are required to master to meet the functional standards of marine radio communication requested by the revised STCW convention. This course can make those students who major in maritime management major establish a clear conception of GMDSS according to the objective need of the maritime radio communication; establish a preliminary understanding of GMDSS communication rules, maritime distress, urgency, safety, and regular communication working procedures; preliminarily obtain the correct use and management of GMDSS marine communication equipment, as well as the knowledge and skills to realize various communication at sea in an effective and quick way.
